Case study – building a really high performing team

The regional leadership team for the South of England for a major £100m+ turnover privately owned company wanted to raise their performance in a challenging market.

Over 2 years we supported their development using a wide range of work related interventions. These included:

  • Myers Briggs Type Indicator & Belbin team types
  • Communications and feedback workshops
