development programme
Because of opportunities in the market place, a
highly successful private company delivering public
services needed a ready supply of great people ready to
lead significant business divisions.
They had many good managers and wanted to up skill
them to build an internal pool of people ready for
promotion to Director positions.
Achieve designed and delivered a 10 day leadership
development programme for 30 managers that combined
business education and personal effectiveness. This
included Leadership, Formulating strategy, Understanding
yourself, others and organisations and Impact &
influencing.
Feedback from the delegates gave 100% positive
