A major UK leisure organisation wanted to review
their existing people to understand the potential and to
select individuals for future positions and promotions.
Our work was to create in depth, credible profiles for
each person which included:
- FiroB, MBTI, GPPI
- a 3 hour interview looking at strengths and
ascertaining development needs against the
leadership profile
- participants’ personal aspirations
- a personal development plan
As a result the client organisation clearly
understood the talent in its management group and were
able to make selections for key operational positions
and plan external recruitment to fill future needs.
