A group of managers from the motor industry had had little or no management development during their careers.

  • 360 feedback as a way to understanding strengths & weaknesses
  • Psychological tools to help individuals build understanding of themselves and others
  • Set a real challenge to collectively deliver stretching year-end targets as part of the programme

They have reached the targets and also have greater trust and open conversations in the team.
