A major regulatory authority was restructuring, creating one new central body. This meant new business processes, a new structure, new technologies and new reporting lines. Our work was to get the management ready for change and to support a successful implementation.

Specific interventions included:

  • Supporting managers to understand change and leadership through workshops
  •  “Surgeries” to support managers with live issues
  • Individual coaching and mentoring
  • Workshops for all in the organisation to understand change, our reactions to it and how to adapt and thrive
