Case study – Best Practice Workshop

A new team was created in one of our client organisations, integrating several UK regional teams. In addition there were teams in three other countries doing similar work, although they were not formally part of the UK team.

We designed and facilitated a two day event where different methods of completing similar work from all of the teams could be compared and resulting best practice identified. The delegates then created, and committed to, an implementation plan. This is now work in progress.
