Carmel
is an internationally experienced consultant of OD. She
has been involved in the design and implementation of
various large-scale leadership and management development
programmes in major blue chips stretching across the top
250 senior managers and management development
responsibility for over 1500 stores.
She is a very experienced coach of senior leaders
across multiple market sectors including retail,
franchise, engineering, utilities and banking. Carmel is
known for her revolutionary work in team dynamics and
group behaviour as well as senior management potential
profiling, cultural change, HR consultancy and team
development.
Her qualifications include an MSc in Human Resource
Development focusing on cultural change, strategy and
personal development, a Certificate in Education, Fellow
of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, and
is qualified to use Myers-Briggs psychometric tools and
Team Management Inventory.
She has held senior roles in Boots the Chemists as Head
of Leadership and Management Development, Director of
Training of Fastframe USA and Director of Achieve UK. She
